By using this website or placing and order with us, you will have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

Placing an order

A Contract between the customer and At the Crossroads Ltd (the owner of the Anedoti brand and trademark) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. For more information on delivery times and charges, please see Delivery and Returns.

Delivery countries

We currently take online orders from the UK and the following European countries Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.

Your Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, we will offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Please note that you need to notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery and return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you need to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit/credit card or Anedoti's Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Switch and JCB. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we wont be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

All product prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Goods ordered and Delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of our Website.

We endeavour to keep our Website as up to date as possible, however descriptions of Goods and prices appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will normally be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery on this website are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Conformity of Goods

However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
