The story of Ursul is closely linked to that of its founder, Alexis Théry. The desire to create a men’s accessory brand emerged with Alexis frustration at not finding elegant jewellery for men. In his thirties, Alexis abandoned his career in marketing to focus on his new project. Full of enthusiasm, he launched into this exciting undertaking with a team of designers to give life to his ideas. Ursul creations draw their inspiration from several different sources: daily life, modern architecture, design, electronic music and, of course, fashion. They are also an expression of the designer’s attachment to beauty, purity and “Made in France” quality. The choice of materials and their pure lines turn these creations into timeless designer accessories for men and women. Ursul’s launch collection won the “Etoile de Mode” prize at the Paris Salon Eclat de Mode in 2006.
