Delaila is the exciting jewellery collection designed by Laila Aitken. Born in New York to her Pakistani father and Italian mother, Laila designs are strongly influenced by her parents’ cultures and the New York fashion scene. As a child, Laila was surrounded by the experimental fashion from her mother’s landmark NY store, Samson and Delilah, which supplied stage clothes for Alice Cooper, Marvin Gaye, Rod Stewart and David Bowie. Laila’s styles are influenced by vintage and stage dramatics. Laila now lives and works in London with a studio based in Notting Hill. The Delaila range launched in 2006 and continues to expand its fan base each year amongst stylists, magazine journalists and consumers.
